had an amazing stay at kuta paradiso! the designer lagoon pools were an oasis, perfect for lounging in the sun. karma at reception was super helpful, allowing an early check-in and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us at the crack of dawn. it's also well located, making transport to the airport a breeze.

This place was an excellent fit for a quick stop in Kuta with good value for the price. The housekeeping was amazing. they cleaned our room every day and even provided extra towels. Make sure to check out the happy hour at the pool bar.

The hotel was extremely old and in disrepair. The air conditioning dripped water onto the floor, creating a mess. Additionally, the bathroom mirror was covered in rust, making it uninviting and unsightly.
